You could also do the "installation" manually just by extracting the zip… -

Fullscreen works or do you mean FullHD? FullHD was tested and everything worked fine there too. -

Do a clean vanilla installation of SoA from GoG and after that just install this ModPaket (Link).
Now just Start the Siege.exe manually or press Play in GoG-Galaxy. -
