It's okay either way, but it is rothfour4 and rothfour8 where he talks about "insurance" and the developers added ch4-515 to the latter.

There is a wrong script in Sage3.cnv where the quest item isn't removed from the player's inventory.
"Player.removeitem(6firepotion,player)" should be "player.removeitem(firegullet,player)".

Also there is a duplicate of the latter command in chad.cnv.

The 03knowelves need to be sticked to elven conversation. E.G. When Speaking to Soren ( a southgate guard) you can tell him that you've spoken to some of them already with that title.

The "03knowelves" flag can be added to the player even if you don't speak to Taavi first, but okay.

I think it is not added because the player already knows about the alliance between elves and men from Taavi. In this regards most parts of this adventure wouldn't be news. (besides the "woobly" part).
So I'd let that as it is.

This a minor one and as far as I know doesn't affect anything, but in the first conversation with Holden "adventure=ch3-536" isn't added to your notes if you already have the "03knowelves" flag when you meet him.

The charge spell is the beginners spell as apprentice. Not strong, but can help if an enemy is close to death while the own Mana is quite low or rather if you want to save some Mana in such a case. The mana cost for charge is always 1 point.
